Godzilla in Berkeley

I've been having a lot of fun with the Godzilla series. I had completed this 18 x 24" oil landscape of Virgina St two years ago, but had never liked it. In this painting, Dada gets hit in an inconvenient place by Godzilla's fire. A terrified man runs along Virginia. I revised Godzilla's body multiple times because I wanted the light to be consistent across the entire painting.
